Indonesia will be represented in the final of the 2013 United Asian Debating Championship's English-as-Foreign-Language category after two Indonesian teams defeated their opponents in the pre-semifinals. #3EFL Universitas Parahyangan 1 (Josefhine Chitra, Ignatius Ivan, Revian Wirabuana) defeated #6EFL International Christian University 1 from Japan while #4EFL Binus University 1 (Cassandra Etania Liem, Kathrin Rivera, Kelvin Wongso) eliminated #5EFL China Agricultural University 1.
#1 Institut Teknologi Bandung, which did not have to go through the pre-semi, will be Binus 1's next opponent, guaranteeing Indonesia a spot in the final. In the other semifinal, Unpar 1 will face #2EFL ICU 2 in an effort to create a fourth straight all-Indonesian final in UADC's EFL category.
