Jakarta Mini 2013 Champions

#3 Makibau Warrior (Rifan Ibnu Rahman & Dennys Kapa) yesterday championed the 2013 Jakarta Mini debate, topped the speaker tab together and proved the UI-ITB winning formula. Defending champion Rifan, who graduated from Institut Teknologi Bandung last year, won the tournament's 2012 inaugural edition with a partner from Universitas Indonesia. Dennys also comes from UI. Rifan has now bagged 4 open tournaments so far with 4 different UI debater. For Dennys, this was his second time clinching a championship with an ITB partner after winning Ganesha Open last year.
Composites took all the spots in yesterday's final. The runner-ups were #4 Yo Mama! (Boby Andika/UI & Invi Atmanegara/Binus International), #6 Gabut (Dwita Aryani/Ex Unpar & Jane Revevalin/ITB), #9 Psycho Sisters (Bramesada Prasastyoga/Ex UI & Gabriel Charlotte/UI). Jakarta Mini is an annual nationwide British Parliamentary open debate competition held at Binus University.
