STAN's Indonesian Finance Festival 2011 obliges all debaters and participants to take part in Round 0 on March 10. Each IFF team must send one judge who will receive scores from the adjudicated teams. Judge scores can become a factor in deciding the breaking teams. In round 0, team performance will not be counted but judge scores will decide the allocation of these adjudicators in further rounds which will take place from March 11 to 13.

The list may be short but among the debaters there are people who have won the most recent IVED, JOVED, NUEDC, FT and BIND.
